Prince Nawaf bin Faisal — a man rooted in legal principles in his work ethic and governance — has an extensive career in the realm of sports.
Among the highlights was leading the Saudi Arabia Sports Commission and the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee.
Outside of Saudi Arabia, he served as the president of the Union of Arab Football Association, the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees, and the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation.
He currently is an honorary member of the International Olympic Committee.
Prince Nawaf was celebrated at an occasion hosted by the International Association of Sports Law hosted and organized by the Majed Garoub Training Center, then the Saudi Law Training Center, at the famous and historical National and Kapodistrian University in Athens.
The extraordinary event was attended by a distinguished list of guests who are prominent figures in all fields of sports law from around the world.
